Fison Hybridization System FM-FHS-A101 holds 12 slides and runs denaturation, hybridization and multistep programs for fluorescence in situ hybridization. The thermal platform covers room temperature plus 5 °C to 100 °C with accuracy and uniformity of ≤ ±1 °C, heating from 37 °C to 95 °C in 2 minutes or less and cooling from 95 °C to 45 °C in 6 minutes or less. Up to 105 custom programs are stored in program memory. The system carries out the denaturation and hybridization steps of slide processing.
