Wax temperature is adjustable from 60 °C to 99 °C, and vacuum pressure up to 0.05 MPa supports reagent and wax infiltration. This spin tissue processor device offers a standard basket which carries up to 90 histology cassettes, and and 10 editable processing protocols set reagent sequence and dwell time at each station. The processor carries out tissue dehydration and paraffin infiltration in one automated cycle.
