Fison Vacuum Freeze Dryer covers a freeze dried area of 0.8 m² to 2.0 m² and handles 8 kg to 26 kg per batch. A high-efficiency cold trap and vacuum system pull moisture out of frozen samples by sublimation, while real-time monitoring tracks temperature, vacuum level and system status throughout the cycle. Built-in drying programs and customizable settings let each batch be set up for the material being dried. An oil-free vacuum pump avoids oil vapor carry-over into the drying chamber and cold trap, keeping samples free of oil contamination. As a vacuum freeze drying machine, it processes frozen samples in batch cycles and reduces residual moisture content.
